Smoke alarms are required to be installed in every property in the correct  locations. For all newly constructed or significantly renovated properties, it is mandatory to have hard-wired 240V alarms installed. Smoke alarms are required to be replaced every 10 years.

If you are a landlord, you are obligated to have your smoke alarms tested in between each change of tenancy and/or annually.

We offer annual maintenance packages available for real estate agents and landlords with prices starting from $90+GST. Find a cheaper advertised price and we'll beat it!*

Our service covers the whole year with just the one charge, including any change of tenancies visits required**.

• Smoke alarm operation testing

^Free replacements only available for multi-year contracts. Additional charges will apply if the alarm requires replacement on first visit, if the alarm is damaged by misuse/handling or if the alarm has been taken down and is unable to be found.
